We were able to drive down the day before Christmas Eve so we would have that day to celebrate with our families. In the morning we went out to breakfast with Tyson's grandma, brother and dad after which we opened presents with them. Then we went sledding up Strawberry canyon with my family. We all had a blast sliding down the hills including little Aurora and Harper. The day was concluded with dinner, opening a present and just hanging out waiting for Santa to come:)
Christmas morning we went to my parents house for a nice breakfast before being spoiled with presents. My grandma along with most of my siblings were able to be there to share in the fun! Then we had lunch and a gift exchange at Tyson's mom's house and in the evening we drove around to look at Christmas lights with Ty's dad and grandma. It was a wonderful day made even more fun because Aurora had so much fun unwrapping hers' and everyone elses' presents.
The next day my sister Shannon made the drive from JH to spend the day with us. We had another nice meal and played games after which we visited with Tyson's cousin at his mom's house.
The next day we had a safe drive home and our trip was a ton of fun but we are also glad to be home!
