About a month ago Tyson left for a TDY in Louisiana for a couple of weeks. Even though it was only two and a half weeks it was really hard for us to not be together as a family. Putting the kids to bed alone is very depressing and in turn sad for Tyson to not get to kiss his girls before they went down every night. Thank goodness he has been back for a couple of weeks now and hopefully wont have to leave us again until this summer when he will be cross-training in Mississippi.
A week after Tyson got back we drove to Idaho Falls to attend our nephews' baptism and to support Tyson's brothers family in their coming back into the church. We had a great time visiting as we always do there! As usual after traveling 8 hours round trip with 2 babes we are saying we wont be traveling anywhere for a while but somehow that never sticks:)
This winter it seems we are catching everything that goes around, Stomach flu, strep-throat and several colds are just a few of the things that we have caught. Oh summer how we miss you!
Harper now has 8 teeth and is 8 months old already (my does time fly). She is also learning to scoot herself around on her bum, but hasn't started to really crawl yet.
Aurora is going through the two year old phase where everything is "mine" and she loves to tell us "NO". She can run faster than me and I have quite a time keeping up with her. Her favorite past time is watching movies.
